Normal Production Time: Upon sample approval, allow 3 to 8 weeks for delivery, depending on quantity ordered. Customer agrees not to hold All Motion Products, Inc. accountable or liable for any unforeseen and uncontrollable delays regarding the delivery of your goods. Examples are shipping service company delays, supplier delays, acts of God, etc.

Rush Orders: Rush delivery is available at an additional cost, which can vary based on quantity ordered. Contact us regarding your special event dates, as we often can combine your shipment with other rush orders to reduce rush charges.

Pre-Production Samples: Allow 3 to 4 weeks from receipt of correct art, purchase order and deposit to receive your pre-production samples.

Freight: All goods are FOB New York or California. Most shipments are shipped by UPS ground or best way. For rush orders, you can select your carrier of choice with your account number or we can select the carrier and place the additional cost on your invoice.

Overruns & Shortages: We always try to match the exact quantity for your order. Unfortunately, industry standards don’t always allow for it. So, all orders are subject to a 5% over run or under run and will be shipped and invoiced accordingly.
