Terms: All new orders require payment with the order unless open account terms have been established in advance. All Motion Products, Inc. will accept a company check, Visa or MasterCard. A $50.00 fee will be assessed if your check is returned for non sufficient funds. For orders placed and/or delivered in North Carolina, please add sales tax.

Credit Card Info: We accept Visa or MasterCard. If for any reason you do not want to submit your credit card information via email, we can fax you a form so you can fax it back to us for authorization. All credit card orders require a signature by the authorized cardholder. All credit card information will be kept confidential.

Sales Tax: All Motion Products, Inc is required by law to collect tax for the state of North Carolina. Companies, individual or organizations outside the state North Carolina that place orders with us and are shipped outside the state of North Carolina are exempt from North Carolina sales tax. Please be advised that for purchases shipped outside the state of North Carolina, the company, individual or organization may be required to pay sales or use tax within his/her own state. Please consult your tax advisor regarding the proper treatment of this item. Anyone else that is exempt must provide a resale certificate by fax to (919) 363-9924.

Warranties: All Motion Products Inc makes no express or implied warranties. We do make all transferable warranties made by the manufacturer of the products (goods) to you.

Acceptance: Once we receive your purchase order request, artwork, and payment, we will fax you an Order Acknowledgment for your signature. Your signature is confirmation and acceptance of our terms and conditions as well as your offer to purchase our goods. Should you cancel your order after we receive your signed Order Acknowledgment, all order related charges incurred by All Motion Products, Inc. will be your responsibility.

Transfer of Ownership of Merchandise: All products (goods) become your property when accepted by the carrier.
